If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, please review the policy below.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewellery for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photographs so we can assist you promptly.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:
• a replacement
• or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer LawAustralian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Care & Wear
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, tarnishing from exposure to water, perfumes, lotions or chemicals is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Please refer to the care instructions included with your piece to ensure longevity.
Return Postage
Where a return is approved due to a fault, return postage will be covered by Caley Ashpole.
For all other circumstances, postage costs are non-refundable.
